I can work with you in two ways:

Eating Psychology Coaching - one to one coaching sessions to help you understand and heal your relationship with food and your body

Movement Coaching - one to one or small group sessions to find a programme of exercise that works for your body, that you enjoy, and results in you feeling 'in your body'. 


My approach isn't a quick fix, and it certainly doesn't focus on weight loss (did you know that 98% of people who follow unsustainable diet and exercise programmes regain the weight they have lost, and usually more within a year?) This is a sustainable, long term approach to feeling comfortable in your own body. It's primarily an approach to encourage clients to be at ease with their body regardless of shape and size and loving what is right now. Not 'when I'm thin', but today. If weight loss is really what your body needs, then our work together may result in you losing weight. 
 

I don't weigh and I don't measure. There is not a tape measure in sight. I don't believe that numbers should rule anyone's life. I'll give you the long awaited permission to be just as you are. I won't shout at you and bully you into an exercise you hate (chances are you've done enough of that over the years!) I'll cheerlead, support and mentor you to be the authentic you.
